HelpDesk

The IT Group HelpDesk is dedicated to the distribution and support of standard technologies used by employees of Keene State College, including: desktop computers, major applications, telecommunications equipment, and access to the campus network.

The IT Group HelpDesk is located in Elliot Hall in room 243. It is the first stop for information about the campus network, MyKSC, the Cisco Clean Access Agent (CCA), McAfee anti-virus software, and phone and cable TV service in the residence halls.

HelpDesk hours: 
8 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday
