Many new students start their first KSC year with a new
computer. If you’ve bought a KSC Ready laptop from
Computer
Connections in
the Young Student Center your computer will come with everything
you need to connect to the campus network.
If you bought your computer/laptop from a big name retail
store or direct from the manufacturer: You must complete
the 'Get Connected' steps before you get to campus with your
computer.
So get ready and…
The Keene State Information Technology Group
(ITG) provides students with access to high-speed Internet
connections in the residence halls, classrooms, and campus
computer labs. Teams within the ITG manage the on campus
telephone service, cable TV service, and online services
such as MyKSC and Blackboard (Bb).
Know your NetID! It’s the first
part of your MyKSC e-mail address, and you’ll need
it to log in to the campus network, public computer labs,
MyKSC, and Blackboard.
